1. ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL:

HR Division Board is to advise and assist the Director-General on the work of the organization and personnel, administrative, legal, information technology, procurement and asset management of the Company.

2. PROJECT MANAGEMET :

PM is the department advised the Director General on all projects of the company:

  • Effective implementation of the project, the best quality.
  • Organization, coordination and supervision of the implementation process of the construction contractors and design consultants on schedule and on quality.
  •  Ensure safety for each project.

3. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING:

  • Planning, advise and propose strategies in corporate finance: forecasting the financial requirements; preparing an annual budget; planned spending. Organize financial plan based on the business plan of the Company and organizational monitoring and supervising the implementation of the financial plan was developed. To propose the exploitation and mobilization and use of capital for business promptly in accordance with the regulations.
  • Perform portfolio management, financial risk management.
  • Advising the company's leadership in the field of management accounting and financial activities, in evaluating asset utilization and capital in accordance with current regulations.
  • Organization of the accounting apparatus and guide the application of the accounting. Organizations inspect the accounting in accordance with current accounting regime.
